FeatureCat has always supported users voting directly on the public board. But sometimes a request may come in via email, in a call, in a chat session, or - if you're outgoing enough - meeting a user directly in person. 

Now admins can vote on behalf of their users directly in the dashboard. (And you can now also delete votes).
